Often a stressful, upsetting, and challenging time, these moves can be at short notice and require sensitive support. Sometimes a client is unable to move back to their old home following a change in health. Some might not want to revisit. We work closely with them as a trusted and friendly assistant to sort everything at the old home. From helping them decide what to take with them to the care home, to arranging removals, sending items for sale, sorting change of address notifications, to helping them get their property on the market.  For those with family a distance away, we work with all concerned to help smooth the transition into care.
