What is your favourite part of working as a Senior Move Manager?

It is always a privilege to get to know the client, hear insights into their life story, and support them at what is a vulnerable and challenging time for them. 

What did you do before becoming a Senior Move Manager?

I have had an eclectic career, starting in corporate, moving into training and development, a charity, and self-employed, with a strong direction of travel towards supporting people.

What misconceptions do people have about our work?

Clients and sometimes developers, pick up on specific aspects of how we can help, think we are the removal firm, or expect us to turn up with a large van to take items for recycling. They are always surprised and thrilled when they understand just how wide-ranging our support is. 

If you get a free moment, what do you do to unwind?

Keen on playing sports, walking in nature, and spending time with our granddaughters.
