Made the moving process much smoother…

Emma was extremely helpful and approachable - she made the moving process much smoother. The recommendations of suitable removal firms was particularly helpful as we haven't moved for years. Emma was able to direct us to firms that had lots of experience of moving people into the apartments. This took away a lot of stress. The floor plans for fitting furniture into the apartment were also very useful in planning what to take.

Finally, Emma's help with directing the removers on move day and helping with unpacking was particularly welcome. She was a friendly, calm and reassuring presence on what could have been a stressful day.
